Programme policies
The rules that apply to every KaizenSpark Tech internship, written plainly. Your offer letter confirms the terms that apply to you.
Fees and payments
- The registration fee is paid by UPI when you register, to the company’s official UPI ID shown in your portal.
- Every programme has the same one-time registration fee of ₹999. There are no other programme fees.
- All payments are made to KaizenSpark Tech Private Limited, and an official receipt is issued for each.
Fee waivers
- The registration fee can be waived in part or in full for students with strong skills or genuine financial need.
- Skill-based waivers are decided on your interview and a short task in your domain.
- Need-based waivers need proof such as an income certificate, a parent’s salary slip or a letter from your college, kept confidential.
- Any waiver is written in your offer letter before you pay anything.
Project stipends
- Interns work in teams on real products and client projects for KaizenSpark Tech.
- When a project earns revenue, the team is paid stipends from that revenue.
- Each intern’s share is based on their performance: approved work, quality ratings and ownership, reviewed every month.
- Interns with strong skills can join paid project teams from the start.
- The stipend for a paid project is agreed in writing before work on it begins. Stipends depend on project earnings, are not guaranteed, and do not create an employment relationship.
Certificates and documents
- The internship certificate is issued by KaizenSpark Tech Private Limited after you complete the programme period and pass the final review.
- SkillTank Academy course certificates are issued for paid courses whose assessment you pass.
- Every certificate carries a unique ID that can be verified on our verification page.
- Certificates and documents are not issued for incomplete programmes or after termination for misconduct.
Code of conduct
- Check in and out on every working day of your programme.
- Write your daily work log before the end of the next day.
- Submit your own work. Plagiarism or copying leads to the task being rejected and may end the internship.
- Treat mentors, other interns and clients with respect, online and offline.
Confidentiality and work ownership
- Every intern signs a non-disclosure agreement during onboarding.
- Client data, code, designs and credentials must never be shared outside the programme.
- Work created during the internship belongs to KaizenSpark Tech, as set out in your NDA.
- You may show work in your portfolio only where your mentor confirms it is not confidential.
Grievances
- Raise any concern with your mentor first, or email officials@kaizensparktech.com with the subject “Grievance”.
- We acknowledge every grievance within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 7 working days.
- Concerns about fees, conduct or safety are reviewed by company leadership.
